You’ve just searched “personal training near me“, and you’re staring at a results page full of names you don’t recognise, trying to work out which one is actually close to where you live or work. Here’s the direct answer. Our trainers cover Bishan, Serangoon, Hougang, Bedok, Buangkok, Downtown East and Woodlands, and we also train clients inside their own condo gyms right across Singapore. If your area isn’t on that list, get in touch, and we’ll check who’s free nearest to you.
We don’t own a single gym building. Instead, our trainers work out of partner facilities such as Ark Grit, Ark Pod and ActiveSG centres, plus whatever gym is already sitting inside your condo. That’s really the whole point of a “near me” search. You want a trainer who is close to you, not one you have to travel far to reach.
Where do LTH Fitness trainers actually cover in Singapore?
Right now, sessions run in Bishan, Serangoon, Hougang, Bedok, Buangkok, Downtown East and Woodlands. On top of that, we train clients inside their own condo gyms, so your address doesn’t need to fall inside one of those named areas at all.
Singapore packs in roughly 8,300 people per square kilometre across just 730 square kilometres of land, according to the Singapore Department of Statistics. With that many people stacked onto such a small island, most of us are genuinely only a short ride from somewhere a trainer already works.
If you live in one of the seven areas listed above, your nearest trainer is likely already training someone close by. If you don’t, condo-based sessions mean the trainer comes to your building’s own gym instead, so your location alone is unlikely to stop you from getting a session.
What kind of venue will I actually train in?
| Session type | Where it happens |
| Trial session | Ark Pod Bishan, or the nearest Gym Pod to you |
| Regular solo or pair sessions | Your nearest Ark Grit or ActiveSG facility |
| Condo sessions | Your own condo’s gym, at no extra cost |
Sport Singapore runs ActiveSG facilities, the statutory board under the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, which has managed the island’s public sport infrastructure since it was formed in 1973 and rebranded in 2014. That’s part of why the network stretches so wide. It’s public infrastructure, not one company’s private gym chain.
Do I need to join a gym, or can a trainer come to me?
You don’t have to join a gym to train with us. If your condo already has a gym, even a small one, a trainer can come to you instead of the other way round, and that’s included at no extra cost.
That said, condo coverage isn’t a blanket yes for every building on the island. It depends on which trainer is free and how far they need to travel that day. That’s the honest answer, not a guarantee.
Condo training works the same way as sessions at Ark Grit or ActiveSG. You get the same trainer, the same programme and the same package pricing. The only real difference is the venue, decided by whatever’s genuinely closest and available on the day.
If you want to see exactly how sessions are structured, whether solo or with a partner, our full range of training options lays out trial pricing, package sizes and what a normal session actually looks like.
What if my area isn’t listed, like Sengkang?
Sengkang isn’t one of our seven named areas yet, and neither are a handful of other estates. That doesn’t automatically rule a session out. So much of what we do runs through condo gyms and shared facilities rather than one fixed address, so coverage can stretch further than a location list suggests on its own.
If you’re in Sengkang, Punggol, or anywhere else not listed above, the fastest way to get a straight answer is to ask us directly. We’ll tell you plainly whether a trainer is realistically available near you, rather than promising coverage we can’t back up.
How much does personal training near me cost?
Pricing works the same no matter which location you train at. A solo trial session costs $60, working out to $40 an hour. A pair trial session costs $45 per person, or $30 an hour each.
Beyond the trial, solo packages start at $408 for 4 sessions and scale up to $4,410 for 42 sessions plus 6 bonus sessions. The bigger the package, the longer your free gym membership lasts, too. The smallest package includes 1 month of free gym access. The biggest package includes 12 months of free gym access — 12 times as long, in step with 12 times as many sessions (48 vs. 4).
Every package also comes with free access to our diet optimisation programme, worth $150 a month on its own. You don’t pay for it separately once you’ve bought a session package, no matter which location you train at.
Before you get in touch
The most common hesitation at this point is simple. Will a trainer actually show up where you are, or is “near me” just marketing? That’s exactly why we offer 2 trial sessions before you commit to anything. You get to test the venue, the trainer and the fit first, without signing up for a full package on trust alone.
If you’re near Bishan, Serangoon, Hougang, Bedok, Buangkok, Downtown East or Woodlands, or you’d like us to check availability in your own condo, message us to confirm your nearest location, and we’ll take it from there.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to travel to a gym to train with LTH Fitness?
No. Trial sessions run at Ark Pod Bishan or the nearest Gym Pod, so you’re not restricted to Bishan itself, even for your first session. Regular sessions, then move to whichever Ark Grit, ActiveSG or condo gym is closest to you.
What if I live somewhere not on your list, like Sengkang or Punggol?
Ask us directly rather than assuming you’re excluded. Because so much training happens through condo gyms rather than one fixed location, a named list of seven areas doesn’t capture everywhere a trainer can realistically reach.
How much is a trial session, and is it worth comparing to other options?
A solo trial is $60, or $40 an hour. When you’re comparing options nearby, check the hourly rate rather than just the sticker price, since session lengths aren’t always the same.
Do I need to sign a long contract to start?
No. You get 2 trial sessions before committing to anything, and even the smallest package after that runs for just 3 months. It’s not a big leap from trial to package.
