All sessions, with the exception of 60-minute sessions, are 90 minutes long.

If you are looking to train at ActiveSG, we will automatically give discounts based on ActiveSG’s entrance fees of $2.50 per person.

WHICH SESSION TYPE DO YOU START WITH?

Every client can first start up to 2 trial sessions to try out our services, and for us to get a better idea of your physical capabilities! This will help us to shape the eventual personalised routine with your long-term goals in mind.
After the 2 trial sessions, you can choose to continue with ad-hoc sessions, or go straight for our session packages. We can also recommend which choice is the best for you based on your desired goals and budget.

PAIR PERSONAL TRAINING
WHY PAIR SESSIONS?
Going to the gym with a friend, colleague, family member or spouse can drive the both of you to push harder, form a closer bond during shared activities, and hold each other accountable to keep exercising consistently. This greatly boosts progress in the gym for both you and your gym buddy, and accountability will ensure that the both of you will consistently stay healthy and self-sufficient, whether be it in the gym or other forms of exercise, for a long time to come.
We recognise the many benefits of having a long-term gym buddy for maintaining consistency in the gym, and have adapted our classic 1-on-1 training methodology to our pair sessions. We have produced significant results for all of our pair session clients, whether it be physique, strength, or functional mobility. You will have undivided attention from your trainer, guaranteed results, and great memories.

WHY GET A PACKAGE?
A physique transformation, weight alterations, or learning the complete ins-and-outs of the gym and bodybuilding will take numerous sessions to accomplish. To help in reducing the costs associated with training long-term with us, we introduced packages that come with discounts or numerous free sessions, so clients won’t need to spend as much as they expect to.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
We offer complimentary gym memberships for all package holders who are training with us at Ark Grit. With all of our packages, you can have unlimited access to any Ark Grit branch at any time, giving you more opportunities to work out every week.
The duration of the complimentary gym membership is dependent on the package size. Please see below for details.
We allow for freezing of package expiries and complimentary memberships if you need to take extended pauses with valid reasons. The complimentary membership will continue to be covered when you return.
For clients who exceed the duration of the complimentary membership but have yet to complete their package, a $55 fee/person will be collected for continuation of the membership for the last month.
