Christian Yan is currently establishing himself as an integrative health practitioner. He combines over two decades of physical conditioning expertise with advanced academic frameworks in mental health and nutrition.
He is finalising a Master of Science in Health Psychology at Chichester University and a Specialist Diploma in Nutrition Science from Singapore Polytechnic. He also recently completed a Certificate in Nutrition from the Stanford Centre for Health Education. This advanced coursework complements his recent Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology and his foundational Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University.
This unique educational background positions him at the intersection of
physiological performance and behavioural science, enabling him to address client wellness through a multi-dimensional, evidence-based approach.

He believes fitness is a luxury everyone can enjoy, and he guides clients with clear explanations, careful progressions, and a friendly, reassuring style. Whether someone is starting from scratch or rebuilding their routine, he helps them move with confidence and train with purpose, without feeling overwhelmed.
With experience in strength training, Hyrox style conditioning, and boxing based fitness, Shai’s methods are grounded in exercise science. He focuses on movement quality, progressive overload and building strength. He has worked with beginners, busy adults, and everyday athletes, helping them achieve sustainable, long term results.

Nutrition professional with experience in delivering evidence-based guidance, conducting nutrition workshops, and supporting individuals in achieving their health goals. Skilled in creating personalised diet plans, developing educational materials, and designing culturally relevant recipes to promote sustainable healthy eating habits.
Background includes conducting dietary assessments, preparing customised meal plans, and maintaining accurate, confidential client records. Strong in programme planning, outreach, and ensuring smooth operations while staying updated on current nutrition trends.

A’riq intends to share the knowledge that has been given by his teachers, along with his experience he has gained in fitness through personal training. He specialises in Exercise Wellness in Active Aging and conducts various workout sessions. He continues to strive in seeking goodness and learn beneficial knowledge to share with others to improve performance, health and wellness.

Jon has been involved in the world of exercise for more than a decade, and his passion for exercise has led him to take his degree in sports science, work as trainer at a commercial gym, and of course, involve himself in weightlifting for years.
With his motto of ‘client-oriented training’, Jon brings out the best in his clients by teaching them the enjoyable aspects of exercise, pushing them when they can and motivating them when they can’t. His people-oriented coaching style has successfully inculcated consistent gym habits, healthy lifestyles, and significant results in his clients.

As a senior trainer with over 5 years of experience, his primary motivation to is help his clients achieve and go beyond their individual goals in the gym. With a focus on bodybuilding, Zan is very knowledgeable in anything his clients need to succeed; maintaining a comfortable rate of progress for newcomers to the gym, ensuring proper and safe form to avoid injury, unlocking the mind-muscle connection, and a thousand and one exercises to help meet individual fitness goals.

Tee Heng has been conducting personal training sessions since 2021, and have helped a wide range of clients meet their goals in the gym; Working professionals finding a way to sculpt their bodies despite their busy schedules, older folks wanting to keep fit and mobile, and the younger generation wanting to get a head start in the gym.
Taking a back-end role in 2024 to manage LTH Fitness’s operations, he works to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, focusing on clear communication and a training experience that stays driven, consistent, and effective.
