All sessions, with the exception of truncated sessions, are 90 minutes long.​​​

The initial sessions will be based off this weekly routine with the trainer focusing on safety and progressive weight increments. Over time, as you get more familiar with the routine, our trainer will be able to make the sessions more dynamic to spice up the sessions, without sacrificing on your progress!

Session Packages

A physique transformation, weight alterations, or learning the complete ins-and-outs of the gym and bodybuilding will take numerous sessions to accomplish. To help in reducing the costs associated with training long-term with us, we introduced packages that come with discounts or numerous free sessions, so clients won’t need to spend as much as they expect to. ​​​​

Other than the free sessions or discounts, we also give a gym starter kit* (worth 35SGD) consisting of a gym towel and a shaker bottle! As trainers specialising in guiding newcomers to the gym, let us get you those gym peripherals that will assist you on your fitness journey.​

We offer complimentary gym memberships for all package holders who are training with us at Ark Grit. Now, you can have unlimited access to any Ark Grit branch at any time, giving you more opportunities to work out every week.

The duration of the complimentary gym membership is dependent on the package size. Please see below for details.

​We allow for freezing of package expiries and complimentary memberships if you need to take extended pauses with valid reasons. The complimentary membership will continue to be covered when you return.

​For clients who exceed the duration of the complimentary membership but have yet to complete their package, a $25 fee will be collected for continuation of the membership for the last month.
