TH is a superb coach! His lessons were structured and detail. Under his guidance, I'm able to better understand how to maximise the use of free weights and machines to build different muscles of my body. He tailor each session to suit my needs and always ensures that safety is a top priority. Off lesson, he provides meal assessment and guidance and keep records of our sessions with a detail plan with picture tutorials for me to follow along the week! TH is a patient, friendly and knowledgeable trainer. He help to pick up the basic of workout and always encourage me to increase the intensity and weight for lifting. He correct mistake and teach me the proper form to avoid injury, also advise me on the diets for losing weight.

Imagine having multiple clients each with unique training plans and diet needs yet, a small team was able to actively follow up with the clients. Well done. In addition, learning about dieting and certain internet myth have been usefull to filter useful information from the rest.

LTH fitness provided me with a safe and comfortable experience from the onset when I set out to enquire more about their services. Tee Heng sought to understand my fitness goals and provided realistic and practical inputs. He also provided diet optimization plan which worked with my existing eating habits with small and manageable modifications.
PT sessions were able to provide flexibility given my unpredictable work and family commitments. Overall the experience was a pleasant and supportive one without any hard-selling and care taken to ensure that no injuries are sustained. I didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable and it has built my confidence to step into the gym on my own.

highly recommended... I greatly appreciate TH’s help on tracking the number of sessions i have left after every session. my trainer Zan is extremely knowledgeable regarding fitness and training. His good energy is always infectious and it makes my session that much more enjoyable. Zan is also always early and friendly.
