The Story Of LTH Fitness

Hi there. I'm Tee Heng!

I started going to the gym since 2017, and just like everyone else, was unsure if what I was doing was correct at all - all the machine-using and dumbbell-lifting were tiring enough to make me feel productive, but were the exercises actually getting me closer to my goal of a larger chest? Was my deadlift form going to give me a bad back a few years down the road? There seemed to have no 'Bodybuilding for Dummies 101' guide, which makes the start of every person's gym journey significantly more difficult.

 Now in 2024, I have been conducting 1-on-1 personal training sessions with over 20 clients for over 3 years. Extensive studying and experimenting of both exercise and diets have equipped me with the skills to help others pick up bodybuilding, and the results from all my clients show it!

​

In 2023, I decided to make this bigger than just myself - I started LTH Fitness, a personal training service. We are a team of experienced trainers dedicated to making people into the fittest versions of themselves. 

​

  It doesn't matter if you are a casual gym-goer looking to up your game with a personalised routine, or someone totally new at everything and looking for guidance during their first steps into bodybuilding, all are welcome to sign up!
